Refund policy

At Lucky Harvey, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. However, please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for purchased watches.

Replacement Policy:
If you encounter a manufacturing defect with your watch, you are eligible for a replacement. To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The issue must be related to a manufacturing defect, such as a mechanical failure or material flaw.
  • You must notify our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product to initiate the replacement process.
  • The watch must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Incase the aforementioned criteria's match the case in hand the watch may be replaced within 14 business days from the day of the watch being delivered back to our fulfilment office.
